Job Description:

What is the Senior Manager Business Intelligence - Sales Administration group responsible for?

- The jobholder will provide the business intelligence & analytical support required toward decision making to drive/achieve the key metrics of the overall annual plan & objectives of the AMC. This will also involve close coordination with all units including Operations, Marketing, Technology and Sales, with specific emphasis on all key Sales metrics to understand business logic and also the database structures & codes.


- The jobholder will need to keep in mind tactical, strategic and long-term interest of the organization, so that there is sustainable build to the business momentum. The jobholder will play a key role in providing useful conclusive information analysis within efficient timelines for management decision making.

- The jobholder will need to understand & analyse the drivers of Sales Management. The jobholder will also need to ensure adequate scoping of the issue to be solved or being analysed with the idea of also creating a pre-processed data set which can be used for multiple data cuts & rollups to higher logical levels.


- The jobholder carries the responsibility of conducting data analysis in a manner that also allows and empowers managers to view data by custom cuts in real time basis.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Senior Manager - Business Intelligence role?

- To provide business intelligence & analytical support to senior management in the area of distributor & Investor behavior:

- Advising Management team on business metrics, insight, and trends.

- Develop customer segmentation.

- Build cross-sell and up-sell strategies.

- Redemption trend pattern of customers.

- To analyze distributor behavior.

- Study trends on product performance.

- To develop a model for calculation of profitability & pricing in different markets.

- To analyze & study key market trends supporting business objectives:

- Geographical distribution of Market share & gap analysis

- To study information received from Digital ecosystem in order to study behavior of customers acquired online.

- Analysis to study underlying relevant data trends and reasons behind the drivers of key metrics that help correct deviations on core objectives delivery.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be Successful?

- Graduation from a good institute with 1+ years

- Excellent Data Analytical skills required.

- Must have a strong creative bent of mind, searching for custom solutions within constraints.

- SQL & Programming & Analytical skills

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent collaborative and teamwork skill
