JOB PURPOSE :
The purpose of this job role is to have end to end accountability to enable and enhance the overall performance of the HR function and its units in the contact centre by way of using efficient project management techniques and analysis tools to execute core HR processes.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Manage HR Operations Processes :
- Ensures the resources and HR processes are in place by leading the HR Professional Services team which helps in managing HR operations effectively.
- Support the execution of core HR processes across, one or more of the following areas: employee life cycle, employee care and relations, HR analytics, HR audits and payroll administration, files and HR systems management to maintain administrative compliance.
- Maintain the HR systems to meet the needs of employees, the business and the entire HR team.
- Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Human Resources department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested.
- To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the development of corporate HR policies.
- Co-ordinate the design, implementation and administration of human resource policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for meeting the company's objectives.
- Establish and maintains the appropriate infrastructure and team capability that is required to support the HR Strategy.
- Prepare the process and also participates in the approval process of the Annual Operating Plan.
Enhancement of Employee Experience :
- Ensure on improving the end to end employee experience right from induction/joining process to the resignation/separation process.
- Enhance the process through automation of various procedures, which improves the capability of the teams to manage the process.
- Ensure overall administration of consolidated monthly payroll advice to finance by active participation in analysis and successful closure of gaps in time.
- To provide data on new joiners and pipeline separations, employee benefits administration, reward and recognitions, bonuses, allowances and vacation management etc. So that they are aware of various Employee benefits.
Establish SLA's & KPI's for HR professional services and other support functions :
- Establishes the Service Level Agreements (SLA- s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI- s) for HR Professional Services and SLAs with other supporting functions outside HR.
- Responsible to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of process execution, for achieving agreed upon SLA's and KPI's.
Significantly contribute to automation of processes :
- Ensure significant contribution towards the automation of processes as per relevance and impact - preparing business requirements, work with various stakeholders including functional designers, participate in UAT/ Testing, launch the system enhanced version of processes.
- Educate all relevant stakeholders & employees about the new systems, how to use them and the business requirements.
- Look forward for avenues and try to establish connect in between various automated version of the processes.
- Empowering employees to self serve offers significant time-savings for the administrator or department. Using a Web-based HRMS, employees can easily access their Appraisal letters, enroll in employee benefits, view their paid time off, and update personal information. Providing real-time access to vital information equips employees and HR managers.
HR Audits :
- Maintains the HR database and generates scheduled or requested reports to assist management. Periodically audits the database to ensure accuracy. Handle HR Audits/SOX Audits on a timely and regular basis to identify gaps if any and then resolve them.
- Keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner so that the database is up to date and also to maintain accurate data.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Investigate the issues reported and takes necessary actions to improve compliance.
- Provide complete explanations to the observations from process design, scope and administration point of view.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Education : Post Graduate Qualification in HR preferred
Experience :
- Should be a post graduate (2 years full time) Minimum experience of 7 years in HR
- Ability to handle stakeholders
- Team handling and team building capabilities
- Should be able to ensure succession planning amongst team members
Others :
- Microsoft Outlook/ Word/ Excel/ Power Point skills to be able to document and analyze obtained information/ data from various diagnostic sessions of various people development and other BAU projects being handled
