Senior Manager - Business Finance - FinTech/NBFC

Role and Responsibilities -

- Plan: Identify new initiatives to drive efficiency & work with cross-functional teams to make plan(s) for Year, Quarter, Month

- Track & Report: Track and report performance on existing metrics and establish new metrics/ leading indicators to better portray past and future performance

- Highlight what is working well, and what needs improvement

- Control: Manage spends by driving financial discipline in the function while balancing growth

- Execute: Work with stakeholders to help execute the drawn-out plan in order to achieve company goals - growth and profitability

- Stakeholder Management: Leading discussions with respective stakeholders on improving growth and profitability and to drive other initiatives skills

- Strong problem-solving skill and good business understanding

- Experience in Tableau, SQL, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets would be preferred

- Effective Communicator and Collaborator - good at stakeholder management

- Should be a self-starter and should be able to proactively think and execute

Requirements -

- CA and/or MBA from a reputed institute

- Experience with Banking/NBFC or Equity research is preferred

- 7-10 years' experience - preferably in business finance/partnering role

- Prior experience in PnL management is preferred
