Senior Manager - Business Excellence/Process Improvement - BFSI

We are hiring for banking client who is looking for candidates can fir in Sr. Manager Business Excellence/Process improvement role.

Ensuring long-term sustainability of change Management initiatives by developing framework that enables an agile and integrated approach to run such programs.

Designing, developing and working on continuous improvements on high potential cross functional projects and process improvements using Six Sigma, Lean methodologies.

The Experience required -

- 5-8 years of experience of managing high speed organization transformation work as a team member/lead or in consulting capacity

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities and work both independently and in a team environment

- Experience of leading cross-functional teams through process improvement projects

- Advanced project management skills

- Exceptional Analytical, problem solving, excel and data management skills

- MBA from Tier 1/2 institute with 5-8 years of relevant experience

- Certified lean six sigma belt will be preferred
