Job Summary:

As a Senior Manager of Business Development in the B2B lending industry, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the organization through the acquisition and expansion of business partnerships. You will leverage your expertise in B2B lending to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the B2B lending sector.

- Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, markets, and target segments to effectively position the company for success.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential clients and strategic partners in the B2B lending industry.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at client organizations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients, addressing their unique requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Strategic Partnerships:

- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players, including financial institutions, fintech companies, and other relevant organizations.

- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment of goals and mutual benefits.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partner networks and develop joint marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the overall financial performance of the organization.

- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's B2B lending solutions.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to enhance the company's product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.

- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, specifically in the B2B lending industry.

- In-depth understanding of B2B lending products, services, and market dynamics.

- Strong network and relationships with key players in the B2B lending industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
