Senior Business Development Manager
Responsibilities :
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Building new business/client acquisition
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- 10-12 years in Business Development & 2-5 years of exp in Team handling
- Respond to RFP's write sales proposals and win contracts for long-term consulting opportunities
- Effectively sell to C-level executives among our clients and prospects
- Preferred experience in Perm Staffing and recruitment services
- Lead generation experience is a must
- Preferred experience in Corporate Sales
- Extensive contract negotiation experience
- Proven experience developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, closing techniques, and pricing proposals
- Must have a technical sales background and competencies
- Must have a track record for an increasing growth of responsibilities.
