Detailed JD for Sr Business Development Manager - Staff Augmentation :
- Identifying new potential accounts and responsible for generating new business in Staff Augmentation.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging from the network.
- Mining / exploring business opportunities with the existing clients.
- Be conversant with the current advancements in technology and its usage from a business perspective
- Interacting with the Channel partners/line managers/technical managers of customers to drive new business.
- knowledge of the India market and competitors is required
- Lead the Business Development Team independently.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Should have proven experience and track record in Account Mining and Management of clients in Staff Augmentation
- Should have 12 to 15 yrs of experience in Staff Augmentation - Business Development
