They are seeking a highly experienced and talented Business Development Head to oversee our Business acquisition and farming. The ideal candidate must have strong Industry background of pre-sales, sales and business development. Communication and team handling skills is inherent to this role both with internal and external stakeholders.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing new strategies for business and revenue growth - generate new business through cross sell, or new sell opportunities through existing clients or new clients - researching, planning and targeting prospective accounts in the market and develop new target segments
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Working closely with L&D
- Developing a robust pipeline of clients along with the BD team
- Ensure timely collections for each of the projects
- Setting goals for BD team and developing strategies to meet them - ensuring that there is a strong succession planning
- Client Interaction and monitoring of projects
- Ensure smooth and successful conduct of internal and client mandated audits
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Sales and Marketing
- Proven record of handling high performance teams
- Strong client handling skills and project management
- Strong Leadership and people management skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills with a focus on driving operational efficiency
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks and ensure regions meet their targets
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, latest analytical tools to further augment reports and analysis
