Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Development
Responsibilities:
Achieving Business Objectives:
- Take ownership of meeting retail liabilities sales team's business objectives including value, volume, and channel productivity metrics.
- Drive sales targets for CASA, fixed deposits, and third-party products.
Product Knowledge and Sales Channel Management:
- Demonstrate deep understanding of CASA, fixed deposits, and third-party products.
- Ensure sales team is well-versed in product knowledge and compliance with regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, CFT).
Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer financial needs.
- Resolve customer queries and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Training and Motivation of Sales Channel:
- Conduct comprehensive training on bank products, sales processes, and service standards.
- Maintain high team motivation and engagement to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Sales and Service Strategies:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance branch profitability and acquire new customers.
- Collaborate with sales support departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Performance Management:
- Establish KPIs for team members and monitor performance against objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Facilitate coordination among sales support departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer service activities.
- Foster collaboration across teams to achieve unified business objectives.
Enhancing Bank's Positioning and Profitability:
- Undertake initiatives to strengthen the branch's and bank's market position and contribute to overall profitability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in retail banking sales and business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective strategies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in banking
