Position Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai, Powai.

Reports to: CEO

Position Overview: The Senior Business Development Manager will have a focus on New Client Acquisition & will be responsible for driving the firm's growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new clients. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong background in business development, sales, and client relationship management within the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- New Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting potential clients in key industries to expand the firm's client base.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies specifically aimed at acquiring new clients and increasing market share.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging social media platforms.

- Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate of leads to clients.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target sectors, understand client needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and positioning the firm's services as solutions.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the firm's services.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize business development efforts.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on new client acquisition activities, performance metrics, and market insights for senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the recruitment or staffing industry.

- Proven track record of successful new client acquisition and achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify business opportunities.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
