Senior Manager - Business Development & Projects - Retail

The key roles include :

- Create the budgeted retail space as per the format requirements to support business expansion plans.

- Provide support for smooth day to day operations /New Store Opening to ensure adherence to expansion plans.

- Forecast future places in potential market for business growth.

- To ensure that the expansion of PT & PFO stores happen as per agreed plan.

- Find good properties at rights location with financial viability.

- He/she would stay in continuous touch with reality market.

- Liaison & relationship building with brokers, developers and arrive at mutually agreeable terms & conditions would be a key.

This position will keep track of competitor plans.
