Senior Manager - Business Development - Paints/Protective Coating Industry

Responsibilities:

- Assist Head-BD in preparing strategy and action plan for future growth

- Identify acquisition and JV opportunities in line with future growth strategies

- Identify new growth opportunities (organic)

- Develop potential partnerships for contract manufacturing

- Work closely with RE, TE on new products, investment proposals

- Congregate and provide market intelligence for products of interest

- Adhere to Co, Bu, Fu, Dept. policies and SOPs (as applicable)

Must:

- Experience in Protective coating paints is mandatory (from Paint Industry only)

- Should have 3 years of stability in each organization

- Should Graduate with MBA (Sales/ Marketing)

- Good Business Accument, Strategic Capability, Networking, Risk appetite & calculated decision maker
