We are looking to bring on a Sr. Business Development Manager with demonstrated experience in the IT Staffing Industry.

Responsibilities :

- Continuously contact new clients and grow existing clients.

- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline towards targeted companies.

- Drive customer acquisition through attending meetings and warm/cold calling and email campaigns.

- Represent Infojini at local and national tech conferences.

- Maintain and create relationships with industry contacts.

- Mentor and manage junior team members when necessary.

- Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients.

- Relationship management with clients on a daily basis and give weekly status updates.

Compensation :

- Base Salary

- Uncapped Commission
