Role Description:

- This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Development Manager focusing on IT Staffing in India.

- The role involves managing day-to-day business development activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth within the IT staffing sector.

Qualifications:

- Experience in IT staffing, sales, and business development.

- Basic Knowledge of of all IT technologies.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely.

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

- Experience in the IT industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration:


- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, delivery, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects.


- Share best practices and knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
