Senior Manager - Business Development - International Business
- Promote & direct International Business of the Company's Food Division.
- Develop a strong brand & penetration for the Company's Food products.
- Promote positive relations with international business partners. Build strong relationships with existing customers, management of key accounts. Create programs for identification & development of new customers.
- Devise & effectuate sales & marketing programs / strategies to improve the product awareness & enhance business growth.
- Design exports marketing strategy to boost export business & conceptualize new products & its design in a prospect market & launch products in new markets.
- Understand the international & domestic trade environment & explore new overseas market opportunities.
- Participate in international exhibitions to introduce company's products to prospective buyers & generate business.
- To achieve the sales revenue within stipulated time period.
- Identify new products, new geographies and develop new clients for the Company's Food & Beverages products.
- Value-wise & unit-wise achievement of Exports targets.
- Suggest new potential products for existing as well as new geographies.
- Ensure alignment of the exports strategy with the overall business vision.
- Participate in the creation of the AOP for Exports at the Corporate level in consultation with the CEO. Create the annual export budget & decide on the allocation for various activities.
- Track effective implementation of the exports strategy through the establishment of mid to long term performance goals & constant review of the same.
- Participate in Brand-building activities (like fairs, exhibitions etc.) to ensure the Company's Food products get the right visibility resulting in enhanced export sales.
- Drive the advertising & marketing programs in international markets to enhance customer pull for the Company's products.
- Ensure accurate documentation to comply with the international / country specific statutory guidelines & enable on-time delivery of goods.
- Responsible for ensuring finished goods are dispatched from the plants as per the exports dispatch plan.
- Coordinate & monitor the movement of the export shipment to ensure customer orders are fulfilled within the specified timelines.
