Key Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition and Growth: Customer acquisition for 3rd party accounts for Service Solution's service portfolio.
- Develop and manage existing customer accounts with respect to customer retention and growth from existing businesses.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, fostering relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders both within target customer and participating entities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape, tailoring solutions to meet niche customer demands.
- New Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new services and solutions in the area of business process management, mobility services and other emerging areas.
- Ensure new products align with market trends and customer requirements.
- Oversee and support product lifecycle management from ideation to commercialization.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to penetrate and expand market share for the organization.
- Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new and existing products.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry players, technology providers, and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
- Explore and establish alliances to enhance service offerings and market reach.
