Roles & Responsibilities :
- Developing a deep understanding of GCC objectives and Business model and providing leadership that drives the definition of a future state road map and ensure the quality of all deliverables are met
- Reach out to divisional stakeholders with service offerings to move projects to GCC
- Perform gap analysis in terms resources & skills time-to-time and address the gap to meet SLAs
- Creating and strategizing GCC Operations that deliver excellent results.
- Transitioning of work including relevant migration of work other divisions
- Managing stakeholder relationships and propagate the use of the GCC team
- Ensuring a value-added experience to all Stakeholders by partnering with them and influencing them on Business and day to day Operational issues and expectations.
- Develop plan and lead implementation of annual operating plans for overall GCC and each division/vertical and enforcing that SLAs are met on time
- Participate in Business leadership meetings helping to develop and drive strategies based on operational/strategic requirement of GCC
- Responsible for overall alignment to strategic projects, stakeholder expectations and divisional/group functional goals
- Deep understanding of digital/technology trends and ability to imagine/prove Business impact by adoption and identify new service opportunity at GCC as a result
- Provide direct supervision to delivery team and act as strong interface with respective functional team at Clients functional guidance and inputs and divisional stakeholders (i.e., Customers) for customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt and work with different leaders on various projects in cross functional and gross divisional/regional environment
- Understand cross cultural subtleties - domestic and international and navigate through tactfully to achieve desired objectives
Candidate Profile :
- Excellent Communication, Stakeholder Management
- Ability to thrive in fast paced, multi-tasking environment and to manage multiple deadlines and multiple divisions
- Qualification: Engineering Graduate B-Tech/B.E. or higher (must) and MBA is a plus
- Experience : Minimum 9 years of experience in Design and Project experience including minimum 3~4 years recent Business Development experience in Multinational captive environment (Shared Services in MNC environment)
- Good number of travel visit to abroad
