We are looking for Sr Mgr -BD ( Events & BTL) for Gurgaon .

The details are as follows :

Client : Global MNC

Location : Gurgaon

Position : Sr Manager-BD (Events & BTL )

Qualification : Graduate (Mgt Qualification preferred)

Exp : 4- 7 years in BD /Sales /Corporate sales with an Event Mgt company or BTL set up

Region Covered : Delhi - NCR Market

Compensation : Competitive

Job Profile :

- The key role include acquiring clients for the BTL/ Events in the NCR Market

- Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.

- Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.

- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project

- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships

- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently

- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team

- Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events

- Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.

- Ensuring excellent client service and quality delivery

- Fostering relationships with key clients for business development.

- Analysing & reviewing market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the marketing teams.

- Executing competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves.

- Identifying and tapping new customer, understanding requirements and working towards business expansion.

- Understanding and coordinating client's needs and handling their concerns.

- Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals for execution of sales & order processing.

- Managed the tasks of Acquiring new customers, converting prospects, initiating and establishing new relationships.

- Networking and relationship building with existing and prospective clients for generating business opportunities and securing repeat business and long term customer loyalty.
