We are looking out for Sr Manager-BD- Merchant Acquisition for our client locations in Mumbai or Bangalore

Client : Global Marketing technology MNC
Role : Sr Manager-BD (Enterprise Merchant acquisition)
Location : Mumbai/ Bangalore
Experience : 5-9 years in Enterprise Merchant services / Merchant acquisition / Merchant alliances.
THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS: Help to set up, maintain and frequently update the product database, with the most up to date information and help to reduce the conversion time for products, by providing real time information regarding the products.
The main responsibilities are:
- Sourcing new merchants and executing exciting partnership solutions.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliations strategy to expand network of partners across various industries and sectors in India.
- Identify and engage potential affiliates, negotiate partnership terms, and establish mutually beneficial agreements to drive business growth.
- Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align affiliations strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless integration of affiliate programs.
- Lead the on-boarding process for new affiliates, providing necessary training and support to ensure successful partnership implementation.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate programs, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth, and providing regular reports to management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing affiliates, acting as a primary point of contact and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt affiliations strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU:
- Post Graduate degree in Business Management or MBA
- 7-10 years+ work-experience in merchant alliances & sales.
- Deep domain understanding of rewards, gifting & partnership industry.
- Good amount of knowledge about market, broad and deep external relationship with the merchants, understand their challenges and customer requirements.
- Good team player
