Senior Manager - Business Development - Diamond Business Vertical

We are looking for a SM - Business Development for our diversified client with a global footprint for their diamond business vertical based at Hong Kong.

Job Details :

Location : Hong Kong.

Division/ Dept: : Sales & Operations

Work Timings : Regular , 5 days

Experience : 10-12 yrs , Diamond Industry experience will be mandatory to possess

Education : Graduate , MBA preferred

Knowledge Required : Diamond Industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Stock procurement, Market Research & Analysis

2. Achieve the sales target of Company

3. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas

4. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price

5. Plan to ensure achievement of sales target of each store, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.

6. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force

7. Meet with customers

8. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly report of sales

9. Do regular visits / audits at the operational level to check the adherence to the company's sales process and strategies.
