Position:- Sr. Manager Business Development (Debt Syndication Team)
Location- Mumbai
Experience- Post qualification Min 7 Yrs -Max 10 yrs
Key Responsibilities :
- New client acquisition in mid corporate space (companies with annual turnover between 500 crore and 1000 crore)
- Acquiring and building new relationships through extensive interaction at the promoter/CFO level. Originate new leads and opportunities and structure deals
- Deal execution incl. due diligence, credit analysis, preparation of credit appraisal memo, presentation to the sanctioning committee and ensuring smooth completion of the transaction.
- Proficient in prospecting and structuring deals and working with concerned teams for successful closure
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with other bankers and NBFCs for exploring debt syndication opportunities.
- Analysis of industry trends, ensuring process compliance, conducting site visits and monitoring the portfolio.
