Job purpose :

Responsible for BD & Managing programs & team client servicing and resolving escalation in due time

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Business Development

- Solution specialist

- Client servicing

- Managing the program & team members

- Maintaining good relationship with client HO & at regional level

- Ensuring for proper reporting

- Timely review of program as well as team

- Coordinate all vendors on regular basis

- Ensure timely invoicing and purchase order

- Ensuring timely payment from client as per agreed credit period

Skill Set :

- Prior experience in merchandising

- Good communication skills

- Good vendor management skills

- Good vendor network
