Job Description :

Qualification : MBA or CA

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development and Deal Origination of Main Board Capital Market Deals mandatory.

- Coverage Banker actively involved in Deal origination and Execution with connects with CEO's, CFO's etc for companies & PE funds.

- Clear Track record of Business Development, Main Board Capital Markets Deals originated (IPO, QIP, Buybacks, Preferential etc.), executed and closed.

- Clear Track record of Business Development, Private Equity Deals originated, executed, and closed.

- Detailed understanding of Capital Markets - IPO, QIP, FPO, Preferential Issue, Rights Issue process and regulatory aspects.

- Have done whole deal life cycle from origination, execution, documentation SHA, SSA for PE.

- Work independently with minimum guidance and Originate Capital Market Deals as well Originate and execute private equity mandates.

- Experience in making business models from scratch and financial forecast models.

- Have prepared Roadshow marketing material, Information memorandum, pitchbook deck, teasers.

- Undertake assignments related to Capital Markets, Private company analysis, actively able to analyze and identify target companies for IPOs, Private Equity Fund raise.

- Hands-on MS-excel, MS-word and PowerPoint.

- Hard worker, Quantitative Aptitude, Self-Driven with attention to detail.

- Effective client and Internal communication skills.

- Be prepared for long works hours and effectively manage multiple, concurrent assignments and meet deadlines.
