Position : Sr. Manager Business Development.
Job Role :
- 7+ years experience of handling corporate relationships in banks -handling medium - Large clients.
- New client acquisition in mid corporate space (companies with annual turnover between 500 crore and 1000 crore)
- Acquiring and building new relationships through extensive interaction at the promoter/CFO level.
- Focus products: Rupee term loan, foreign currency loans, fund based and non-fund based working capital finance, derivatives, structured finance transactions.
- Deal execution incl. due diligence, credit analysis, preparation of credit appraisal memo, presentation to the sanctioning committee and ensuring smooth completion of the transaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with other bankers and NBFCs for exploring debt syndication opportunities.
- Analysis of industry trends, ensuring process compliance, conducting site visits and monitoring the portfolio.
Desired :
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain client relationship.
- Able to work with strict deadlines and tight turnaround time.
- Presentable having good Communication skills. Good working knowledge of Ms. Excel/Word/Powerpoint.
