Senior Manager - Business Development - BFSI

Position - Senior Manager - Business Development.

MBA / PG.

Job Role:

- Business Development: Approach, Breakthrough & meet Top Management of Reputed Mid/Large Corporates to explore opportunities of partnering with them for raising Funds via Debt & Equity route by closing the Mandate with the identified Prospect.

- Manage Business Development Team to ensure prolific quality flow of New Business into the Branch.

- Credit Execution: Ensure Smooth Execution of the Proposal by directing the Credit Team towards running the proposal efficiently at Banks/NBFCs /other Financial Institutions.

- Manage Credit: Execution Team to ensure seamless execution of proposals at identified target Banks & NBFCs.

- Act as a Key Link Between Management & Branch Team.

- Execute all Strategies Laid out by the Management & the Country Head : towards Business Development, Execution or any other initiatives in the interest of the Branch.

- Maintain & Submit basic Review Reports to the Management to enable smoother functioning of the branch in line with Management Strategies, Initiatives & Directives .
