We are Hiring for Senior Manager- Business Development Role with a Top Brand
Location : Remote
Job Responsibilities :
- Building a robust sales pipeline for B2B deals for the vertical
- Prospecting, hunting & closing deals to onboard new partners to drive revenues.
- Manage end to end onboarding of new partners
- Manage partner on-boarding providing a clear view of stages of engagement vs planned timelines
- Ensure partner-specific engagement SOPs are followed
- Work with IT teams to ensure best-in-class onboarding experience to partners (Interface between partner tech teams & ALIC tech teams during integrations)
- Provide regular market/environment feedback as inputs to strategy
Must-haves :
- Technical background with MBA OR Significant B2B sales experience (5+ years) - Inclination toward learning
- Needs to be receptive and outspoken
- Skilled in Social selling
- Demonstrated prioritization skills
- Ability to build/start from scratch. This position will involve cold calling to build the pipeline.
