AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
In-licensing:
- To identify portfolio gaps, unmet needs and innovative product products (NCE/NBE/ 505b2) for in-licensing. Reach outs to multiple partners, present capabilities and follow-up on licensing interests and deal steps.
Internal Deal Management:
- Lead term sheet sign/ agreement off & due diligence, ensure adherence to BD guidelines, contract development & sign off through engaging legal, finance, IPDO, regulatory, SCM teams IN ORDER TO ensure compliance & appropriate terms, conditions & safeguards in the agreement.
External partner Management:
- Develop and maintain relationship with existing & potential partners through regular engagement, sharing information on market, product & company developments, monthly reports, regular face to face interactions which build trust, mutual respect & bring in transparency .
- IN ORDER TO maximise value from existing relationships and enhance visibility of as an active BD organization.
China Business:
- Identify product opportunities for China business and work closely with internal stakeholders to review and execution of deal. Support and coordinate with partners on post execution filing and approval activities.
Alliance Management:
- To manage existing partners and their accounts for leveraging products/dossiers which includes facilitating dossier DD, Supporting regulatory for filing and commercial Launch.
