Functional Responsibilities:
- Execute delivery of reporting/analysis activities Global Category Teams
- Liaise and align with business partners to setup and execute ongoing business intelligence reportings, analytics, including macro trends, category/competitor movements, and brand performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)
- Leverage business performance explanations from teams around the world to incorporate considerations beyond data into reporting
- Provide preliminary commentary to explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities
- Monitor key channel, customer, competitor and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervals
- Provide responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts/stories using relevant data
- Support processes/formating for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope - in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management
- Responsible for individual optimal utilization of time
- Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partners
- Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts)
- Process management & Data Governance
- Support communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
- Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations
- Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop
- Build and manage long term partnerships with best in class external vendors who provide superior quality of deliverables/data to support business intelligence needs and ensure contingency/action plans when dissatisfactory results arise
- Establish safe guards and automate data quality checks, e.g., regular trend-watch of data streams to identify and address potential trend breaks.
- Leverage global/regional synchronization efforts (PEPView, PPD) to drive further streamlining and unification of data sets for future digitalization work;
- Evaluate and integrate data suppliers beyond the scope of current global/regional efforts to increase scale of underdeveloped disaggregated data sources (examples: local loyalty card data, demographics, local POS materials);
- SSC strategy delivery
- Support efforts to establish Reporting/Analysis sub-team within SCC as a delivery point of contact for all regular reporting/analysis needs for Business Partners (Respective Global Category Groups)
- Support simplification, standardization and digitalization efforts (in cooperation with global and GBS stakeholders)
