Senior Manager - Business Analytics - BFSI

The role requires the person to play a pivotal role in growing the unit and to serve Key Business functions of the organization in identify business opportunities as well as areas for their operational excellence

Key Accountabilities :

- Embed predictive intelligence in functional processes

- Partner with Business Functions to identify opportunities for increasing persistency, New business development, Reduce surrender leakage and Improve Operational efficiencies

- Provide sharper inputs in strategic decision making through data driven decisions

- Responsible for delivery of regular analytical output to support the various lines of business

Responsible for interactions with:

- Business stakeholders - For designing and implementation of projects/Campaigns

- Operations MIS team - For MIS reports and requirements

Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) :

- Post Graduate with specialization in Analytics, General management

- A total experience of 5-7 years with 4+ years of analytical domain experience

- Exposure to Insurance industry will be preferred

- Strong Analytical, Quantitative and problem solving skills

- SAS/R/Python and other Business analytical tools knowledge
