Senior Manager - Business Analyst - Market Risk - BFSI

Opening for Market Risk BA

- Good understanding of risk regulatory reporting

- Utilize Management Information Systems to collect, analyze, and disseminate data in the form of concise information

- Recommend the management with written reports and to obtain agreement on action plans to address issues

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Good understanding of implementation and must have gone through at least one complete round of SDLC

- Strong ability to communicate successfully and to high standards (written and verbal)

- 8+ years in Risk/Finance/Capital Markets (~ 5 yrs for contractors)

- Team management skills

Desired:

- Experience in FRTB or similar regulatory capital calculation implementations.

Specific experience in any of :

- Risk reporting, market risk including VAR and P&L attribution

- Reporting tools like Crystal reports, Hyperion, Micro strategy

- Exposure to regulatory reporting is a big advantage

- Professional qualification (e.g. CFA, MBA, CA, risk certification)

- Good academics
