Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understanding & Application of end-to-end Housing Loan Accounting - Origination, Servicing, Closure, Restructuring in Finnone or other system in NBFC or Bank

- Accounting of upfront Income & Expenses under EIR (Effective Interest Rate) method

- Understanding & knowledge of drawing of Repayment schedule

- Calculation of Broken Period Interest including month end accounting

- Processing of Channel payout including DSA's

- Understanding of GST & TDS for operational accounting

- Handling of CRM ( Customer request & complaints) and providing with suitable resolution

- Co-ordination with IT team for module development and making changes from time to time

- Inter-departmental co-ordination skills for collaboration

- Assisting Corporate Accounting Groups for preparation of financials

- Reconciliation of Accounts

- Providing Inputs in preparation of Budgets

- Coordinating with Internal Auditors, External Auditors, Internal Tax & Credit Team and Regional RMs and ZHs.

- Understating of PMAY scheme and Accounting

- Preparation of MIS and reports for management
