Hiring for Senior Manager - Bulk Hiring for a TIER 2 IT company at PUNE

- Exp range minimum 10 yrs

- Must have done IT bulk hiring

- Must have managed team

- End to end recruitment process exp is a must

- Experience hiring 1000 people yearly

- Knowledge on Reporting metrics is good to have

- Exp with Recruitment strategy and planning

- Working knowledge on data analytics will be perferable

- MBA (HR) preferrable

- Good to have exp with SAP tool
