Senior Manager - Broking Settlement Operations - BFSI

Responsibilities :

- lead the team and manage the functioning of day to day activities of Retail Settlement Operations of all segments (Equity, FO, Commodity and Currency) on back office class software and day to day.

- Settlement/monitoring of the trade entry system to prepare for End of Day Processing.

- Responsible for the reconciliations of designated processes under prescribed guidelines, ensuring departmental goals are met.

- Strict adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

- Support the testing and implementation of new systems releases as per regulatory changes.

- Escalate any unresolved issues or challenges to Management.

- Handling various audits and implementing their advices.

- Incidence investigation, Monitoring and escalation of exception.

- Review and provide the feedback of team to HOD on performances.

- Review of documentation, process manual & various documents.

- Support to Business.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 8 10 years of relevant experience of managing the entire process of securities settlement operations for retail broking with team lead experience of operations vertical.

- Good Knowledge/hands on experience of below Processes

- Securities Settlement Operations (Pay-in, Payout, Auction Billing Processes, Corporate Action, Reconciliation, Pledging, Re-pledging & Un-pledging), Regulatory Reporting, Trade Processing, Day to Day operational activities of various mutual funds (subscription, redemption order processing, billing process & RTA, transactions).
