Reports to: Chief of Consumer Insight and Marketing
Direct Reports: Assistant Manager Consumer Insight; Marketing Executive
Qualification, and Experience Required
- 10+ years of experience post MBA
- At least 2-3 years in a market research agency on repute - Nielsen, IMRB, TNS, Hansa, Millward Brown
- Preferred if has Consumer Insight experience in a Client organization preferably in retail or banking
- Experience with analytical softwares
- Exceptional written and oral Communication Skills

- A marketing mind with research training
- With a hands-on approach to data and analytics
- Proven abilities to synthesise data across multiple sources
- Demonstrated ability to draw insights from structured and unstructured consumer data
- Track record of delivering business goals through superior consumer understanding
Base Location : Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an Insight Engine for the organization by:
a) deep-diving into existing databases
b) identifying appropriate syndicated researches
c) collaborating with brand partners
d) commissioning bespoke research
- Monitor the health of the brand and the business; brand experience delivered to shoppers;
- Satisfaction of customers and vendors ; price benchmarking
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the key catchments we operate in; feed into catchment growth plans across marketing and assortment
- Develop an assortment plan bases customer, shopper and category trends and socialize with buyers, merchandising and operations
- Develop the format and location strategy for stores and deliver the brief for the property team
