Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators):
- Product and Brand Initiatives
- Marketing Tools and Creatives
- ATL and BTL Coordination at national level
- Marketing Budget- Monitoring and reporting
- Retailing -Branded format expansion and Loyalty program efficacy
- Training and development of influencers
- MIS and budgets
Critical Tasks:
1. Responsibility for Brand activations at national level
2. ATL and BTL activities for Coated steel brands
3. Development of tools and collaterals/AVs/Product literature as applicable to RE or OE
4. Trademark & IP /Legal interventions against counterfeits and duplicates
5. Strengthen influencer connect and enrolment through loyalty program.
6. Capturing data, analysing and reporting as per timelines.
7. Budget monitoring and vendor payments
- Decision making authority (Decisions expected)
- Agency appointment for activity implementation
- Budget deployment and monitoring
- Design and Development of Collaterals, product literature, field marketing tools/POP elements
Educational Background and Work Experience:
- 2+ Years of experience in brand activation and in brand management/marketing or sales with topnotch
- Engineer with MBA preferred.
