What You'll Do
- Lead the ATL Marketing efforts with complete responsibility of media buying and planning and ensure timely execution
- Lead the events planning as per the annual events calendar - Conceptualise, plan and implement the monthly marketing themes
- Ensure roll-out of best-in-class creative efforts for mass media communication
- Manage and be the face of organization for external creative and media agencies
- Own the social handles for the organization and develop plans for content, frequency
- Collaborate with and review plans and schedules submitted by agencies to ensure they meet campaign objectives
- Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each channels
- ROI without losing sight of growth, measure efficacy of all these efforts regularly and modify the campaigns accordingly
- Liaise with category teams to place compelling item choices for marketing communications;
- Foster strong and productive relationships with all agencies and internal partners.
- Work with Program Managers to drive creative pipeline for any creative and promotional assets, including: (a) creative approval process (b) finance approval (c) legal approval
- Develop and execute marketing communication plans for each customer segment through segment specific initiatives
- Embrace knowledge of all changing media marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research/measurement evolutions, media tech, and provide expertise internally to keep organization in the know
