JOB LOCATION : Delhi

I. Introduction :

Sr. Manager - Brand, Content & Design will be responsible for developing and implementing the Company's brand strategy. She will be the brand custodian and will ensure the brand tonality and ethos is reflected in everything that the company does. She will work to strengthen the brand and consequently drive visibility and user acquisition.

II. Responsibilities :

- Research and understand key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences and competitive activity

- Lead content development to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message

- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for promotional campaigns and marketing communications

- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

- Direct in-house or external graphic designers and other media-production specialists to create prototypes, mockups, and go-to-market creatives

- Measure and report the relevant KPIs for creative marketing campaigns

- Write witty, engaging copy with a pulse on what will work and what will not

- Lead the social media strategy by creating refreshingly engaging campaigns across platforms

- Lead our engagement plan and devise region-specific strategies basis the gathered insights

- Work closely with media planning agencies, production houses and market research companies

III. Profile Requisites :

- Bachelor's degree in any field

- Solid working experience as an Art Director, Brand Manager, Creative Director, or an equivalent position

- Prior experience with a digital, mobile first consumer brand

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective brand strategy and campaigns

- Understanding of social media campaigns and what makes them tick

- Demonstrated ability to balance working in a creatively driven organization with an analytical and business mind-set

- Outstanding communication skills

- Self-driven with team leading experience

IV. Good to Have's :

- An understanding of the full marketing mix

- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google UAC/Adwords

- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
