Description of Responsibility :
- Past records of achievement of ambitious sales targets and high levels of performance.
- Ability to conceive, develop and implement business plans with the purpose of accomplishing short and long term goals.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business, Increase wallet share.
- Build client engagement / relationship with key stakeholders
- Play an integral role in new business opportunities. Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales
- Ensuring continuous adherence to existing guidelines on various aspects of delivery, response to internal clients.
Competencies Required :
- Manage Sales and Profitability targets for an assigned Region.
Manage a team of RM's and KAM's towards achieving Regional targets through :
- Acquisition of new business
- 100% retention and development of existing clientele
- Business planning and strategy towards achievement of business objectives for an assigned region.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and guidelines.

Location : Heading Delhi, Punjab, UP region .
Reporting to : Vertical Head
CTC : 14 lpa
