- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Personnel Management:
- Manage and motivate branch personnel to enhance productivity and morale.
- Provide coaching and support for skill development and career growth.
Financial Performance:
- Take overall responsibility for the branch's break-even and profitability.
- Monitor and manage branch P&L effectively.
