Experience
- 12-15 years' experience in BPO Enterprise Sales with a stellar track record.
- Help Generate business from the Domestic & International markets
- Familiar with domestic & international BPO/BPM industry
- Handling large global accounts in the range of USD 5-10 million annual revenues.
- Familiar with technology and market trends.
- Experience of international markets, industries and the global world of work.
Skills/Competencies Required
- Independent and self-driven in achieving sales targets in a given territory/set of named accounts. Smart and market savvy who knows the fundamentals of funnel creation, management, and closure.
- Account Management experience
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Ability to generate qualified leads/new business opportunities into existing accounts and new accounts.
- Ability to close large business and track record of achieving the annual revenue targets
- High IQ, High Energy (drive) & High Integrity
- To be able to present technical concepts and ideas in a business forum appropriately. Should have the confidence and experience in presenting and pitching to the C-Suite
- Being involved in interaction with customers at senior levels, will be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting the same to business deals.
- Excellent Client Engagement and Presentation Skills.
- Relationship Building, Regular follow up with clients/ prospect.
- Market intelligence India/ International market and feedback and research on existing clients
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Identify decision makers in the target companies.
- Establish connection with decision makers using cold calling, e- mail, Linked-in.
- Confidently and successfully use the elevator pitch to win in- person meetings with the decision makers.
- Effective follow-up and relationship building with all prospects & opportunities for retention and nurturing of the pipeline.
An existing network of business contacts is essential
- Demonstrated sales mindset, i.e. success in building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients over period of time.
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Nurturing & maintaining scalable businesses, working with global cross functional teams & maintaining C-level relationships
- Driving Technology Sales for Strategic Tier-1 organizations across US / Europe region in BPM, VPO, AI/ML related services to large Business Units of Tier 1 companies
- Liaison between internal stakeholders among sales, delivery, legal and operations team during various phases starting from the supplier evaluation by client till value delivery to client.
