- Demonstrated experience in an invoicing, billing, OTC, or equivalent leadership positionpreferably in BPO / SSC industry
- Should have worked on ERP systems,experience in S/4 Hana, SalesForce will be a plus
- Knowledge of general accounting practices, financial management, revenue recognition and month end close
- Ability to manage teams and multiple tasks under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to meeting goals
- Bethe leader of the Billing team and be accountable for team performance
- Drive and monitor regular operations of the team through monthly reports and dashboards; Identify areas of systemic improvement in the billing process
- Cross-functional collaboration with other teams, Operations, Finance, Sales etc..
- Review SLAs for processes related to the function on a periodic basisto resolve all invoicing issues
- Lead the creation of process documentation, team member reviews, prioritization of customer feedback, and credit notes
- Has ownership of the client portfolio and ensures the billing data is up to date in all systems and control schedules
- Lead and participate in conference calls and Governance meetings with Country / Business Heads
