Senior Manager - BFSI Compliance - Lending - CS

We are looking for a Senior Manager - BFSI Compliance to lead the compliance function for the digital lending business. This role is essential in ensuring regulatory compliance across all lending products, with a strong focus on managing updates from regulators like RBI and implementing compliance measures across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead compliance for the digital lending business.

- Stay updated on NBFC/LSP regulations and proactively manage potential risks.

- Advise business units on compliance laws, especially those relating to RBI guidelines.

- Conduct gap analysis on new regulatory guidelines and ensure implementation.

- Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to integrate compliance requirements.

- Prepare regular compliance reports and escalate critical issues to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5-8 years of experience in compliance within NBFCs, digital lending, or financial services.

- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance practices.

- Experience with regulatory audits and working with regulators.

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex regulatory issues clearly.
