About our Client - Our client is a leading financial serviced provider and provide services across institutional broking, mutual funds, private equity, wholesale & retail banking. With a very strong presence in the India market, they are currently in expansion phase and are looking for a senior behavioral training expert to join their team in Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, your role will include:

- Hands on behavioral training design and delivery

- Deep understanding of concepts and models

- Specific focus on managerial and customer facing role

- Manage a network of trainers across the country for delivering training

- Ability to deliver stand up training mid to entry level

- Ability to convert analog training to digital

- Large scale program management

The Successful Candidate - You will come with 7-9 years of experience in a behavioral training role. Exposure to content creation and execution and delivery of training programs is essential fort his role. We are looking for candidate ONLY from the Banking sector.
