1. Sales & Marketing
- Creating the pan-India Marketing & Mobilization Plan on a monthly basis with the person responsible and deadlines
- Executing the marketing and mobilization plan on a daily basis within deadlines
- Reviewing the output of the marketing and mobilization plan on a weekly review with documented feedback on learnings
- Achieving AOP sales through marketing and mobilization activities
- Batch start & closure within the specified timeline
- Coordinating with centre operations and placement team to ensure no student drop out
- Maximize students on financing and coordinate with financing partners on a daily basis to ensure approval
2. Team Management (Pan India)
- Creating and executing a hiring, training and retention plan with deadlines
- Achieving AOP sales through team management to ensure a performance-driven team by reviewing and motivating on a weekly basis
- Wrong team hires to be eliminated from the system within 1 month
- Managing team output, work allocation and review on a weekly basis
3. Compliance
- Know all about the company, and project-related SOP, and clear mandated exam/training within two weeks of project assignment
- Adhere to all the company's and project's SOPs for paid business, government project etc.
- Monitoring and reviewing SOP on a weekly basis and document feedback on noncompliance with correction deadlines with the managers
4. SOP
- Creation of all SOPs to ensure quality standards across all centres
- Implementation of all SOP on a daily basis
- Review with centre managers on a weekly basis
- Improvement existing SOP from learnings collected from execution on a quarterly basis through documented version update of SOP with approval from CEO
Candidate Description -
- Fast, focused and committed individuals with an ability to lead a diverse team
- 5+ years- experience in handling field sales and marketing
- Analytical and data-driven approach to solving problems
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Strengths in Stakeholder Management and having a strong bias for action
- Can work in an ambiguous, fast-moving work environment while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
- Should bring long term holistic planning with curiosity and creativity and promote an open culture in the team.
- Candidate with retail-operations background will be a plus (having experience in handling more than 5 stores).
