The client is an ecommerce giant and is looking to hire a Senior Manager - Sales (Hunter) for their team at Noida and Ludhiana. The candidate should be a techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organization.
Education: MBA from Tier 1 institutes
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales
- Consultative Sales experience would be preferred. Any experience of CX level selling especially in Manufacturing/ Industrial sector clients would be preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Get relevant Enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts
- Close sales deals with CXO level stakeholders. Should be able to work on complex deals with multiple stakeholders involved
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement
- Participate in relevant regional events by Industry bodies like CII, ACMA etc and network with the relevant stakeholders
- On-boarding new enterprise clients (interact with CPOs , Procurement managers and pitch client's Enterprise Solutions)
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Excellent communication & people management skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Good understanding of Supply chain & Operations. Must have flair for new and evolving technologies
- Should have worked in the region and have familiarity with the regional nuances.
- Well networked with different industries
