Job Description :
- Through Workforce Optimization, deliver a consistent balance between Cost and Service goals for the organization across units managed.
- Drive productivity through workforce practices of not just people optimization but also ensuring alignment to spans and layer set at organization level, Seats & other requirements balanced through better scheduling.
- Deliver Cost reduction targets at the organization level and ensure its embedded well within the Workforce delivery
- Deliver long and short-term staffing requirements; collaborate with business leaders to make staffing decisions that support operational objectives
- Manage various initiatives for increasing Resource Utilization through Seat Management, Productivity Management across business by working with various stakeholders
