Senior Manager/AVP - Warehousing - Startup - IIM/IIT/MDI/ISB/FMS

Key responsibilities

- manage the entire warehouse operations

- processing orders

- operating mechanical and IT systems

- liaising with customers and other departments

- training, supervising and appraising staff

- maintaining statistical and financial records

- planning and forecasting

- ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met

- managing budgets

- administering stock control

- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

- managing 40-45 people part of the warehouse management

- should be able to add more warehouses with scale

Experience/education requirements

- candidates should be from tier 1 colleges only

- should have relevant work experience

- should be willing to relocate
