Job Title : TBG Product Sales Manager-AVP/VP

Job Description :

- The candidate should have overall 7-10 years of experience in which preferably last 3-4 years dealing with Local Large Corporate (not SME ). This is an individual role.

- It is a sales role and we are looking for dynamic business manager/leader for our current and future businesses in Local Large Corporate Segment - CB/ECB

- It's not a support role. The candidate is expected to galvanize internal & external stakeholders and draw their support to achieve the given objectives. The candidate will drive the NFI,NII and FX income/Volume targets. The candidate apart from being well versed with the common trade products, should possess knowledge of Channel Finance, Factoring, Forfeiting, ECB Finance and FCNRB loans.

- Knowledge leadership is crucial to our business. The core product knowledge needs to be at the highest possible level accordingly the candidate needs to have clear understanding of the following is must:

- All 6 ICC Rules and practices.(UCP 600, ISBP, URDG 758, URR, URC, ISP BPO)

- All FEMA and non FEMA guidelines from RBI applicable to trade including BASEL III and Loans & Advances viz. Master circular on Imports, MC on Exports, MC on FDI and ODI, MC on Guarantees and Co acceptances, MC on JV/WOS, MC on Export credit, MC on Trade credit etc

- Understanding of AML, OFAC and International Payment and clearing settlement Process

- All risks across Product, Process, Legal, Ops, Transactional Credit

- Importance of Knowledge dissemination for optimal usage of RMs in Trade Business

Key Skills :

- Other skills for Sales(relationship capital, interpersonal skills etc.) and Product (Project Management skills, Note writing skills, etc.) would be as applicable.

- Willingness and ability to drive the growth of YES Bank and integration with YBL's high growth, high octane performance oriented culture would be important.

- Knowledge Capital for all proposed team members should be of high standard. We have been trying to practice - ON THE SPOT ADVISORY- across key aspects of Trade business.

- Other skills particularly business agility, ability to take things to finish and carpe diem approach to make things happen would be highly relevant.

- Yes personality parameters and proficiency in language is a must.
