Senior Manager/AVP - Technology (Finone)

Key Objective of the Job:

To lead and manage support, maintenance, and enhancements in retail lending, including FinnOne Neo product.

Major Deliverables:

- Uptime of FinnOne and allied products & services.

- Change Requests

- New projects execution (Single LoS, Education Loan, etc.)

Specialized job competencies:

1. Understanding and experience in Retail Lending.

2. Expertise in FinnOne product.

3. Expertise in Software development lifecycle.

4. Experience in Product development and maintenance lifecycle.

5. Experience in implementation of large transformational products & services platforms.
