Senior Manager/AVP/Team Member - Client Servicing - Loan Documentation

India Leading Private sector Bank Gift City Branch is the International Financial Services Center Banking Unit Kotak Mahindra Bank Gift City Branch is the International Financial Services Center Banking Unit [IBU] set up in Gujarat International Finance Tec - (GIFT) City.

Job Role:

- Loan Documentation (including security creation) preparation, negotiation, checking

- Documentation record keeping, Safe keeping of documents

- Limit loading, Customer Loan Disbursement

- Liasoning with internal and external stake holder including clients

- Monitoring pre disbursement / post disbursement conditions/ closing the same

- Loan Account servicing

- Remittances

- Balance requests/ Statement request

- Customer queries

- Generating Repayment schedule

- MIS/other reporting / Audit as required

Job Requirement:

- Post Graduate/ CA/ CS with 6- 8 years of relevant experience in documentation handling

- Good analytical skills

- Good communication skills both written and oral

- Positive outlook and team player

- Proactive and self-starter[IBU] set up in Gujarat International Finance Tec - (GIFT) City.
